Well, I was bored and looked at a few things.
Picked the BCs (drake, hurricane) with the largest CPU and still had fitting problems.
MWD seems to be no no unless it's a recon or you're willing to splash a lot of isk, so mostly for low sec tbh.

Yes, an empty high and low slot, I know. If it bothers you, you can fiddle around with faction EANMs, IFFA DC, and CPU implants to fit another mid (Web/ECCM/whatever) or high.
